HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Pursuant to the succession planning process described in the Chairman's statement in the Company's most recent Annual Financial Report, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Le Page as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 May, 2018.

Mr Paul Le Page is a director of FRM Investment Management (Guernsey) Limited, Man Fund Management Guernsey Limited and Man Group Japan Limited which are subsidiaries of Man Group plc. He is responsible for managing hedge fund portfolios, and is a director of a number of group funds.

Mr Paul Le Page is currently Audit Committee Chairman for UK Mortgages Limited and Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited. He was formerly a Director of, and Audit Committee Chairman for, Cazenove Absolute Equity Limited and Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited.

Mr Paul Le Page holds, or has held within the five years prior to the date of this announcement, the following directorships and partnerships of publicly quoted companies:

Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (current directorship)

UK Mortgages Limited (current directorship)

Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited (past directorship)

Mr Vic Holmes, Chairman of the Company said: "The Board of Highbridge Multi-Strategy Fund Limited is delighted that Mr Paul Le Page has agreed to become a director of the Company. His extensive experience of risk management within the hedge fund sector equips him be a valuable addition to the Board".

There is no information concerning Mr Paul Le Page which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) inclusive and the Board consider him to be independent on appointment per the AIC Code of Corporate Governance. Mr Paul Le Page has no current or past relationship with either JP Morgan or Highbridge Capital Management, and is unrelated to the chairman of the Company's audit committee, Mr Steve Le Page.

As disclosed in the most recent Annual Financial Report, Mr Paul Meader is anticipating that he will retire from the Board in the final quarter of 2018.
