Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 24 November 2020, Bronislaw (Bronek) Masojada, Amanda Brown and Paul Lawrence, all PDMRs, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 1,040, 2,081 and 1,040 respectively Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares").
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
