Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilityand Connected Persons
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) the Company announces that notification was received today that on Tuesday, 14 June 2016 Wendy Egglenton, Melvyn Egglenton's spouse, acquired an interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.003% of the issued ordinary share capital. These Ordinary Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £1.0275 per Ordinary Share and registered in the name of Wendy Egglenton.
As a result of the above purchase, Melvyn Egglenton has an interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.003% of the issued ordinary share capital.
