Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that on 18 April 2016, Gary Hoffman, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company transferred 600,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his spouse, Nicola Hoffman for nil consideration.

Following the transfer Mr Hoffman continues to have an interest in 2,171,785 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.33% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
