Correction - Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them
This notification is made further to an announcement made by the Company on 8 December 2020 at 17.14 entitled "Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them", RNS number 9819H, which incorrectly stated that Tom Shorten had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the Open Offer. The total number of ordinary shares in the Company purchased by Tom Shorten pursuant to the Open Offer is 500,000. The correct position is noted below. All other details remain unchanged.
