The Company announces that Alan Peterson, Non-Executive Chairman, has transferred a holding of 888,409 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company to a nominee account, as set out below, for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Alan Peterson remains unchanged.
