Admission of New Shares

HSS Hire today announces that, pursuant to the Capital Raise announced 26 October 2020 and the publication of the combined circular and prospectus on 16 November 2020 (the "Prospectus"), 526,270,512 New Shares at a price of 10 pence each will be admitted to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and will be admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's Main Market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. today.
