Confirmation of Board Changes
Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental, infrastructure and property sectors, confirms the following changes to its Board of Directors, which were originally announced on 29 January 2025.
Appointment of Simon Hicks
The Company confirms that Simon Hicks has joined the Board as an Executive Director and the Group's Chief Operating Officer, effective from 1 June 2025. Simon brings extensive experience from his previous roles in infrastructure, energy, utilities and construction firms, including Evero Energy, Altrad and Bilfinger. Simon's initial focus will be on the creation and delivery of value within the Group's Services business unit.

Retirement of David Anderson
David Anderson, Group Property Director, has retired from the Board effective from 31 May 2025. David has been an integral part of Hargreaves since November 2018, significantly contributing to the growth and development of Hargreaves Land. David will continue to support a smooth transition and expects to assist the business as a specialist consultant on certain projects.

David's leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving the success of Hargreaves Land. We wish him all the best in his retirement.
