As at 30 June 2024, the Company's capital consisted of 74,385,131 ordinary shares of 25p with voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 74,385,131.

The above figure 74,385,131 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
