Other Information:

The option awards noted at paragraph 4 (c) above have now vested as a result of performance conditions having been met in respect of three separate awards under the PSP made prior to her current appointment as Chief Financial Officer. These awards are options which may be exercised in return for shares in the Company prior to 25 November 2017. No payment is payable to the Company whether on the vesting or exercise of awards under the PSP.
