24 June 2011 Hogg Robinson Group (the 'Company') Directors' interest in shares
The Company has been notified that on 21 June 2011, David Radcliffe transferred the beneficial ownership of 10,000 shares to each of his son and daughter, respectively, (neither of which are connected persons for the purposes of the Model Code).
Following this transaction, Mr Radcliffe has notified the Company that he is to be treated as beneficially interested in a total of 2,310,689 shares (representing 0.75% of the Company's issued share capital).
Notification of each of the above transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
