Hotel Chocolat Group plc, a premium British chocolatier and omni-channel retailer, provides notification that as at 31st July 2018 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 112,838,213 ordinary shares of 0.1p each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
This figure includes 385 ordinary shares issued in July to satisfy shares allotted under the Company's Save as You Earn plan.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 112,838,213. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
