Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Hotel Chocolat notifies the market of the following.
As at 29 December 2023, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 137,617,741 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The figure of 137,617,741 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.

Hotel Chocolat is a premium British chocolate maker with a strong and distinctive D2C brand. The business was founded by Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris, who are still executives within the business, and has traded under the Hotel Chocolat brand since 2003. The Group is unusual in being a grower (organic cacao farm in Saint Lucia), a manufacturer (Cambridgeshire) and owning its extensive direct to consumer channels (branded stores, websites). The Group was admitted to trading on AIM in 2016.
