Honeycomb Investment Trust plc
Results of placing
Further to the announcement made earlier today, Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful completion of its placing of 9,523,809 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares"), raising gross proceeds of £100 million. The Placing Shares are to be issued at a price of £10.50 per Placing Share.
Application will be made to London Stock Exchange plc (the "London Stock Exchange") for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 08.00 a.m. on 23 April 2018.
On Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 39,449,919 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The total number of voting rights in the ordinary shares is 39,449,919. There are no shares held in treasury.
