ToTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company confirms that as at 31 October 2020, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 240,570,465 ordinary shares, each with equal voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

The above total voting rights figure (240,570,465) can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Home Member State of Home REIT is the United Kingdom.
