Transfer of Treasury Shares

Huntsworth plc (the 'Company') announces that on 26 April 2013 it transferred to a participant in the Company's 2006 Executive Share Option Scheme 500,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 32.5 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 2,628,448 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 253,217,029 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
