Transfer of Treasury Shares
Huntsworth plc (the 'Company') announces that on 14 September 2010 it transferred to a participant in the Company's 1996 Employee Share Option Scheme 8,200 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 58.125 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.
Further to the announcement released this morning and following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds 4,908,660 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 230,973,496 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue (excluding shares held in treasury). The Company would like to clarify that these figures were incorrectly stated in this morning's announcement.
