Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
HMV Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 25 July 2011 by Sanne Trust Company Limited, the trustees of the HMV Group plc 2009 Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') that they had released 276,213 Ordinary shares from the Trust to employees of the Company under the terms of the HMV Group Incentive Plan for Senior Executives. In this respect the following Director* and PDMR notified the Company on 25 July 2011 of the following transactions:-
