HMV Group PLC15 August 2007 HMV Group plc Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibility ('PDMRs') HMV Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 14 August 2007 by RBC (Trustees)Limited, the trustees of the HMV Group Employee Trust (the 'Trust') that theyhad released 132,987 Ordinary shares from the Trust to employees of the Companyunder the terms of the HMV Group Incentive Plan for Senior Executives.
