Grant of Options
HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces that on 27 September 2017 a total of 943,000 options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to employees and directors, pursuant to HML's employee stock option plan. The Options were granted at nil-consideration with an exercise price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable between 3 and 10 years from the date of grant.
