The Company was informed on 4 January 2017 that the following transactions had taken place:
1. Share Incentive Plan
On 4 January 2017, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited awarded 2,969 ordinary shares to directors and employees at the closing mid-market price on 3 January 2017 of 283.75p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan. Shares awarded to the directors were as follows:
