HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')HOME MEMBER STATE

We wish to advise that the Company's existing election in 2004 of the United Kingdom as the home member state within the European Union remains unchanged. In addition, the Company's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Hongkong Land CB (2005) Limited, has also chosen the United Kingdom as its home Member State for the purposes of Directive 2004/109/EC (the Transparency Directive) and is hereby disclosing such election in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.4.2.
