HONGKONG LAND HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')On behalf of the Company, we wish to advise that Mr Anthony John Liddell Nightingale will retire as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 31st March 2012 and Mr Benjamin William Keswick has been appointed in his place with effect from 1st April 2012.
