Posting of Circular to Shareholders
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has published today a circular to shareholders ("Circular") in connection with the proposed acquisition of the outstanding minority shareholding in Zinkinvent GmbH ("Zinkinvent") and the proposed disposal of the Benelux and German businesses of Zinkinvent.
Copies of this document may be obtained from the registered office of the Company at Westhaven House, Arleston Way, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4LH. The Circular will also shortly be available on the Company's website www.hsholdings.com.
Copies of the Circular have today been sent to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is located at:
