5.Cause of occurrence:

The operation of Foxconn campus in Shenzhen China, including FuTaiHua Industrial (ShenZhen) Limited, Shenzhenshi Yuzhan Precision Technology Co.,Ltd., Shenzhen Fulian Fugui Precision Industrial Co., Ltd., Triple Win Technology(ShenZhen) Co., Ltd., ShenZhen FuTaiHong Precision Industrial Co., Ltd…etc. has been suspended from March 14 onwards in compliance with the local government's new COVID-19 policy. The date of factory resumption is to be advised by the local government.

In compliance with the notice issued by Shenzhen Government and the implementation of regulations and measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic, Foxconn Shenzhen campuses (Longhua & Guanlan) has resumed fundamental operations.
