Director/PDMR Shareholding
Highland Gold Mining Limited ("Highland Gold" or the "Company", AIM: HGM) reports that it has been informed that Executive Chairman Eugene Shvidler, Non-Executive Director Valery Oyf and Independent Non-Executive Director Duncan Baxter have agreed to sell the entirety of their shareholdings in the Company to Fortiana Holdings Limited ("Fortiana"), as per the statement issued by Fortiana earlier today.
The transactions will take place over two tranches. The total holdings in question are as follows:

This number may be used by Highland Gold shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify of their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
