Henderson Group plc wishes to confirm that shareholders on the register at 5.00pm on 30 August 2013, the Record Date, will be entitled to an interim dividend in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2013 of 2.15 pence per ordinary share.
For holders of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs), the A$ or the NZ$ equivalent will be 3.733183 cents (Australia) and 4.289330 cents (New Zealand) per CDI respectively*.
The dividend will be paid on 20 September 2013.
The timetable is as follows:
Record Date for dividend Friday 30 August
Processing recommences for requests by CDI holders to
convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinary shareholders
to convert ordinary shares into CDIs Monday 2 September
Dividend payment date Friday 20 September
