Henderson completes acquisition of Geneva Capital Management

Further to the announcement of 30 June 2014, Henderson Global Investors confirms that it has completed its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Geneva Capital Management, the US growth equity manager. Clients representing over 90% of Geneva's assets under management (AUM) provided positive consent to the transaction. AUM acquired by Henderson is approximately $5.4 billion, resulting in payment of an initial consideration of approximately $120 million.
