Hon John Moore AO The Hon John Moore AO holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Associate in Accountancyfrom the University of Queensland. John has had a distinguished career inAustralian politics; he was the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Industry,Science & Tourism and Vice President of the Executive Council. Prior toentering politics, John Moore was a stockbroker and member of the Brisbane StockExchange. He has served on the boards of many broking and banking relatedcompanies including Citinational Limited, Merrill Lynch (Aust) Pty Ltd andGrindlays (Aust) Pty Ltd. John is currently Non-Executive Deputy Chairman ofMineral Securities Limited ("Minsec"). John Russell John Russell has over 30 years experience in Investment Banking. He was a memberof the Australian Stock Exchange and a partner in Bain & Company. He has had 20years experience in London and New York as head of Bain's Branches in bothcities. In 1992 Bain was acquired by Deutsche Bank AG and John continued assenior Director of Deutsche Bank Australia in Europe until the end of 1999.Since retiring from Deutsche Bank John has been providing consulting services tosmaller technology companies. John is a Non Executive Director of Henderson FarEast Income Trust Plc and Minster Pharmaceuticals Plc. Michael Bohm Michael Bohm is a mining engineer having extensive experience in operationsmanagement, evaluation and project development in Australia, Northern Europe, SEAsia and North America. Michael has over 20 year's minerals industry experiencepredominantly in the gold, nickel and diamond sectors in both open pit andunderground mining environments. His corporate experience includes previousdirectorships at Sally Malay Mining Limited in Australia (ASX) and Ashton Miningin Canada (TSE). He is currently the Chief Development Officer for Minsec. Upon the appointment of Hon John Moore AO, John Russell and Michael Bohm asdirectors of the Company Mr Anthony Barton and Mr Keith Liddell will resign asdirectors.
