General Meeting Update
The Company confirms that further to the announcements of 10 February 2016 and 25 February 2016, its reconvened General Meeting was held earlier today.
Resolution 1, being the resolution for shareholders to approve the proposed fundamental disposal of Picachos to Next Minerals SA was approved. This transaction, details of which are set out in the announcement dated 3 February 2016, is still subject to a number of other conditions, including completion of satisfactory due diligence.
All other resolutions at the meeting were withdrawn by the Chairman.
