Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Group") Director Dealing
Holders Technology (AIM:HDT) has been informed on 13 April 2011 that on 13 April, Jim Shawyer, Finance Director of the Group, has sold 28,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 113 pence each, and his SIPP has purchased 28,000 Ordinary Shares at 113.125p each. Mr Shawyer's beneficial holding of shares in the Group remains unchanged at 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.02% of the Ordinary Shares.
