Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 7 March 2024, Harbour announced a proposed final dividend of $100 million (13 US cents per share) for the full year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Dividend"), subject to the receipt of shareholder approval on 9 May 2024.
If approved, the Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 22 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 12 April 2024 (the "Record Date"). This announcement confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date, applicable for the Dividend.
