Offer update

Nviro Cleantech plc ("Nviro" or the "Company") announces an update to the Offer for Southbank UK plc. 

Completion of the acquisition of Southbank is subject to Admission, which is expected to take place on 20 January 2010 when dealings in the Company's shares on AIM were expected to begin under its new name of Specialist Energy Group plc and under the symbol SEGR and ISIN IM00B511CF53. Due to a delay in the Isle of Man regulatory process for the change of name of the Company, as approved by shareholders on 15 January 2010, the change of name will now not occur at Admission but at some later time, to be notified by the Company in due course. 

Therefore, Admission, which is expected to take place on 20 January 2010, will occur under the existing Company name and symbol - NVR. The ISIN number also remains unchanged as IM00B511CF53.
