Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global technology solutions group, announces that Mark Chapman, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has informed the Board of his intention to step down as a Director and CFO of the Company in order to pursue a new appointment. Mark's departure date has yet to be confirmed though in the intervening period, he will remain focused on ensuring a seamless and co-ordinated transition of his responsibilities. The search for Mark's successor is now underway, and a further update will be issued when appropriate.
