H&T Group PLC28 September 2007 H&T Group plc"the Company" The Company announces that on 27 September 2007 it received notice, pursuant tos.324 of the Companies Act 1985, from Mr John Nichols, Mr Stephen Fenerty and MrLaurent Genthialon, all directors of the Company, relating to the followingtransactions in ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company: Date of change in H&T Group plc director Number of ordinary Price per ordinaryholding shares sold share sold 27 September 2007 John Nichols 400,000 225p27 September 2007 Stephen Fenerty 100,000 225p27 September 2007 Laurent Genthialon 200,000 225p Following the above transactions: • John Nichols now holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing approximately 2.85% of the issued share capital of H&T Group plc. • Stephen Fenerty now holds 300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.86% of the issued share capital of H&T Group plc. • Laurent Genthialon now holds 600,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing approximately 1.71% of the issued share capital of H&T Group plc . The above transactions are in line with the placing agreement signed uponadmission of the Company's ordinary shares to AIM on 8 May 2006 whereby theCompany directors had undertaken not to sell any H&T Group plc's ordinary sharesuntil one month after the announcement of the interim results of the Company forthe period ending 30 June 2007.
