Harland & Wolff Group Holdings plc (AIM: HARL), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Arun Raman, Chief Finance Officer of the Company, today purchased 66,233 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 15.08 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Arun Raman has a total beneficial interest in 249,887 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
