Hampson Industries PLC22 January 2008 Hampson Industries PLC Settlement of Dispute Hampson industries PLC, the international aerospace and precision engineeringgroup ("Hampson" or "the Group"), announces that its subsidiary, HampsonAerospace Inc, has reached a full and final settlement of all outstanding claimsand disputes with its customer, Eclipse Aviation Corporation. The settlementwill result in the dismissal of all claims and actions previously filed inlitigation and arbitration.
