REPLACEMENT ANNOUCEMENT
The following amendment has been made to the 'Public Opening Position Disclosure' announcement released by Hampson Industries PLC on 23 February 2012 at 12:23 under RNS Number 0017Y.
Paul Gismondi, a director of Hampson Industries PLC, holds 555,744 shares or 0.199% of the issued share capital of the Company, not 55,744 shares as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.
