Purchase of Own Shares

GYG (AIM: GYG), the market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, announces that on 20 October 2020, the Company purchased 10,000 of its own ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares.

The Company now holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury and it is anticipated that these shares will principally be used to satisfy awards under the Company's employee share incentive scheme.

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following this purchase for treasury its issued share capital will remain the same and consist of 46,640,000 Ordinary Shares of which 10,000 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,630,000. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
