Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, GW hereby provides notification of the following information:
As at 31 March 2009, GW's issued capital consists of 120,785,335 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in GW is 120,785,335. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GW under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Posting of Annual Report
In addition, in accordance with Rules 20 and 26 of the AIM Rules, notice is hereby given that the Company's annual report for the year ended 30 September 2008 was sent to shareholders on 28 November 2008 and is available to download from the Company's website at: (http://www.gwpharm.com/investors_reports.asp).
