The Placing consists of 205,599,720 ordinary shares (the "Initial Placing Shares") and, subject to the passing of a resolution by shareholders at anExtraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 29 November 2006, a further62,257,423 ordinary shares will be issued to satisfy the balance of the placing(the "Additional Placing Shares"), assuming the exercise of the over-allotmentoption in relation to the Initial Placing Shares and the Additional PlacingShares. This stabilisation notice is issued in connection with the Placing by Dawnay,Day Treveria PLC of 186,908,836 Initial Placing Shares and a further 18,690,884Initial Placing Shares which will be used to stabilise the issue of the InitialPlacing Shares and 54,136,890 Additional Placing Shares and a further 8,120,533shares which will be used to stabilise the issue of the Additional PlacingShares.
