The €20,933,790gross proceeds arising from the exercise of the over-allotment arrangements willbe received by the Company. The issue of the additional shares (the "Additional Shares") remains conditionalupon the passing of the EGM resolution by the Company's shareholders. Theover-allotment option over up to a maximum of 15% of the Additional Sharesremains exercisable in whole or in part at any time after the passing of theResolution at an EGM scheduled for 29 November 2006 and on or before the 17December 2006.
