Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company')
The Company has been informed that on 14 July 2008, Dawnay, Day International Limited sold 3,335,056 CFDs over DTR shares at 27.5c per share. It no longer has a beneficial interest in DTR.
Dawnay, Day Properties Limited sold 500,000 CFDs over DTR shares at 27.5c per share on 14 July 2008. It no longer has a beneficial interest in DTR.
Dawnay, Day Deutschland Limited sold 18,897,000 shares in DTR at an average price of 28.0c per share on 14 July 2008.
Peter Klimt, a director of Dawnay, Day Treveria, has interests in all of the above named companies, as previously disclosed. There were no further changes in Peter Klimt's positions in the Company
Following the above sales, Mr Klimt's and Mr Naggar's interests in the Company are as follows:
