Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC14 June 2006 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company') The Company has been informed that on 13 June 2006, Dawnay, Day InternationalLimited purchased 250,000 CFDs over DTR shares at an average price of 101.5c pershare. Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC, has asubstantial interest in Dawnay, Day International Limited. Following the acquisition, Mr Klimt's interest in the Company now comprises33,897,000 ordinary shares beneficially owned by Dawnay, Day DeutschlandLimited, 3,085,056 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned by Dawnay,DayInternational Limited, 2,317,790 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned byTokenplain Limited and 500,000 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned byDawnay, Day Properties Limited, representing an aggregate interest of 9.0% ofthe Company's issued share capital. Guy Naggar, a director of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria RealEstate Asset Management Limited, has a substantial interest in Dawnay, DayInternational Limited. Following the acquisition, Mr Naggar's interest in theCompany now comprises 33,897,000 ordinary shares beneficially owned by Dawnay,Day Deutschland Limited, 3,085,056 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially owned byDawnay, Day International Limited, 2,317,790 CFDs over DTR shares beneficiallyowned by Tokenplain Limited and 500,000 CFDs over DTR shares beneficially ownedby Dawnay, Day Properties Limited, representing an aggregate interest of 9.0% ofthe Company's issued share capital.
