Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC16 June 2006 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company') The Company has been informed that on 15 June 2006, Jetpath Limited purchased492,000 CFDs over DTR shares at an average price of 105.5c per share and MarionaLimited purchased 492,000 CFDs over DTR shares at an average price of 105.5c pershare. Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC, has asubstantial interest in Jetpath Limited. Guy Naggar, a director of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria RealEstate Asset Management Limited, has a substantial interest in Mariona Limited.
