Resignation of Directors and change of role for Rolf Elgeti

The Company has been notified that Rolf Elgeti and Nicholas Cournoyer have stepped down from the board of directors of Treveria plc with immediate effect.

Rolf Elgeti, Non-executive Chairman, has stepped down to allow him to focus more time on his other executive responsibilities outside of the Company and has offered to advise Treveria Asset Management GmbH ("TAM") on property matters going forward including lender negotiations, refinancing and strategic initiatives.

Nicholas Cournoyer has also stepped down to allow him to focus more of his time on his other business interests.

The remaining non-executive directors comprise Eitan Milgram, Jeffrey Strong and Graham Smith. They remain committed to devoting the necessary time to maximising value for Treveria shareholders. They intend to seek one or more people to appoint as additional non-executive director(s), and giving due consideration for the Board as a whole to be independent. Eitan Milgram will act as Chairman on an interim basis until a permanent appointment is made. Rolf's appointment as an adviser to TAM will allow him to focus his efforts on areas that the Company most needs his guidance.

Treveria would like to thank Rolf and Nicholas for their diligent service on the board.

Eitan Milgram, acting Chairman of the Company said, "We are very appreciative that Rolf will continue to support the Company with his experience and knowledge of the most important aspects of Treveria's business, specifically by dedicating his efforts to the challenges facing Treveria Asset Management in the German real estate market.

The Company also announces that it anticipates publishing its final results for the year ended 31 December 2011 no later than the end of May.
