Directorate changes

The Company has today been notified of the following changes to its Board with effect from 8th February 2012. David Parnell and Christopher Lovell have both resigned and Graham Smith has been appointed as a non-executive director. Graham Smith is an executive director of IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited, the Company's administrator since November 2010.

In addition Philip Scales, also an executive director of IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited, has been appointed as company secretary to the Company in succession to David Parnell.

Chairman of the Company Rolf Elgeti said "We would like to thank David and Christopher very much for all their past assistance and guidance, both having been appointed to the Board when the Company was launched in December 2005. We wish them every success for the future".

Treveria Asset Management Ltd announced today that Dr. Bernhard Fuhrmann has resigned as director of Treveria Asset Management Ltd and as managing director of Treveria Asset Management GmbH (TAM) with immediate effect. Dr. Fuhrmann's contract has a termination date of March 15th of this year.

The Board has reached agreement in principle, subject to formal contract with the appropriate entities, with Christoph Maichel to hire him as acting CEO. The Board anticipates finalizing a contract with him in the near term. Christoph Maichel joins Treveria after having led the internal re-organization of TAM since 2011. He has built several successful service firms in the last 8 years and has substantial consulting experience for industrial, service and real estate companies, both in Germany and internationally. He provides the necessary skillset to further improve, together with the existing TAM team, the quality of TAM's Asset Management services.

Chairman of the Company Rolf Elgeti said "We would like to thank Dr. Furhmann for his service to the group. We wish him all the best in the future. We are excited by the skills that Christoph is bringing to the company and we look forward to making great progress under his leadership."
