Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company" or "Globalworth")
Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 14 June 2019 AYRAD Investments Limited, a company which is 100% owned by Eli Alroy, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €9.1091 per Ordinary Share.
Following this acquisition, the beneficial ownership of Mr Alroy in Ordinary Shares (directly and, indirectly, via AYRAD Investments Limited) is 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.58 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
