Director/PDMR Shareholding
Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been advised that on 20 June 2017, Ioannis Papalekas, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, 25,000 Ordinary Shares at Euro 7.744 per share and 25,000 Ordinary Shares at Euro 7.90 per share.
Following the above share purchase, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 23,574,323 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 26.02 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of MAR in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below:
