Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been advised that on 4 April 2017 Geoff Miller, non-executive chairman of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, for his QROPS, at a price of €6.75 per ordinary share.
Following the above share purchase, Mr Miller has an interest in 21,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.023 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of MAR in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below:
